• Simply use the ‘PERSONALIZATION BOX’ upon ordering to let us know the WRITING + INITIAL/S and FONT NUMBER that you would like using the below format. If you would like the placement of the text different from the heart in the pictures then please mention that as well. Please also choose the disc size if you would like 12mm.
